Cove Tool: EUI Optimization

Through the use of Cove Tool, a complete understanding of the total energy a building uses through the various HVAC and energy systems employed. In this project, we chose a location with a pre-defined building envelope to gather baseline energy usage data. After we understood the basics of how the building used energy, we changed and altered systems to lower the overall energy usage. The end goal to create a net-zero building, which I accomplished through the addition of solar panels to offset heating and equipment loads.
