Davison Apartments & Rehabilitation
Completed as part of Integrated Design 5, this project's goal was to fulfill project requirements in a meaningful and intentional way. As a team of five, we used resident feedback as the basis of the project and researched further the background of opioid overdose and use in Flint, MI. There was compelling evidence that the site location was not being served well in terms of support and rehabilitative care. This grounded our argument and allowed for an expansion of the project into 2 masses. My role on this team involved project management and background research in initial stages. I also developed the structural system, helped work out the way stormwater management was occurring, and played a large role in organizing the graphics on the poster sheets.
