Islandview Detroit

This project is a proposal for the Islandview neighborhood of Detroit, MI. The focus of the project centers on stormwater management, in coordination with new residential developments to revitalize the Islandview district along E. Jefferson. Gathering, optimal massing placement, water management, pathways and community integration are also addressed.
